No expiration. Your prepaid jobs sit on your account until you've used all of them. The math works best for players who string regularly. The 40 Love tier in particular is designed for someone restringing weekly or more.
Yes. Packages are tied to your account, not a specific frame, so you can use them on any racquet you bring in for stringing. Bringing two frames in for the same visit counts as two jobs against your balance.
Yes. The package sits on your account, but you're welcome to use it on behalf of family or friends. Drop their racquet off under your name and we'll deduct the job from your balance. Splitting a 40 Love package between two or more players is one of the most common ways our customers use the program.
Every restring is logged against your account in our standard restring history system. We deduct one job from your remaining balance each visit and can tell you your current balance any time you ask. Ask us to email you a summary if you want one in writing.
